PimpMyGun is an AI-powered tool that generates cosmetic and virtual weapon skins for gaming and creative purposes only. The service is operated by CustomWare s.r.o., Czech Republic.

2. Content Disclaimer

Important:

• All generated content is fictional and artistic in nature.
• PimpMyGun creates cosmetic/virtual weapon skins only for use in gaming, content creation, and digital art.
• PimpMyGun is not affiliated with any weapon manufacturer, firearms company, or military organization.
• The service does not modify, manufacture, promote, or endorse real weapons or violence in any form.
• Generated skins are digital artwork intended for entertainment and creative expression.

3. Acceptable Use

By using PimpMyGun, you agree that you will:

• Use generated content only for lawful purposes including gaming, streaming, content creation, and digital art.
• Not use generated content to promote violence, threaten, harass, or intimidate any person.
• Not use generated content for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Not misrepresent generated content as real products or official manufacturer designs.
• Not upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your uploads: You retain all rights to images you upload. You confirm you have the right to use any uploaded content.
• Generated skins: Skins generated by the service are licensed to you for personal and commercial creative use, subject to these terms.
• Service content: The PimpMyGun brand, interface, presets, and underlying technology remain the property of CustomWare s.r.o.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use PimpMyGun. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Payments and Credits

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Credits are purchased as part of your subscription plan and are non-refundable.
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise in your plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PimpMyGun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CustomWare s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
